good to know everyone got home safe. One of the best group rides I've been on, especially for the lack of planning. Still worked out great in the end though. Jim, thanks so much for leading. Yankee, thanks for sweeping and getting the ride together. Sorry, I forgot about the directions in my back pocket:icon_bigg Maybe next time we should give Yankee a 20mile lead i keed i keed!!

I think today went fine. Had a good turn out for the circumstances. We had 12 or 13 bikes. We had 15 last weekend.

:laughing6 Naw what happened is that I was waiting for a slower rider to catch up with everyone, and while I was waiting, everyone else took off. So after a little while of playing phone tag, and getting directions over the phone.....SOMEONE (SVMIKE ) figured out that they had the directions in their back pockets from an earlier ride they did once.

I thought the same thing. I had a blast today. Whether I was going 60 or 120+ it was a lot of fun to go riding with others. Sorry you had to take off when we hit Sealy though.

One day I will clear my whole day for a group ride. Hard to do with 9, 7 and 4 month old. I'll take what I can get for now.

I will call. It was cool having the females out with us today. I need to get the wife out one time with them. I think it will make my life much easier to sneak out.

Have you tried getting her into riding, either 2-up or on her own? If she tries it, she just might like it!

She rides an 04 sv650s. She just isn't comfortable yet with groups and spirited rides.

I understand that. My gf rides a ninja 250. I took her on a ride in the twisties and she hated it. She is still pretty timid on the bike, but she was starting to go faster on it at the end of the season.
