Woah there, no attitude from me. I'm comfortable riding around without getting myself killed, it's the others on the road I'm concerned about. Riding is a calculated risk I'm willing to take, but it's not one I'd subject my kid to.

It is silly that it's illegal to transport your kids in a cage with airbags if they're not in a booster seat but as long as they have a lid they can ride pillion. I always cite for parents who don't strap their kids in.

I can top "it ain't purty but it gets the job done". Here's a shot of my ZX6 "tourer". It's waterproof, it locks, and it aint gonna fall off. It's also temporary - only when really needed, as it is ugly.

very pretty bike.

my dad would take me to kindergarten on the back of his '75 BMW R96 - even in freezing December. I felt like a pretty cool little dude pulling up on those mornings.
