I got couple of cop buddies to pressure my investigator just a little. He went knocked at the house again and guy inside didn't open again of course. So my buddy some how persuaded the investigator to post 2 officers outside his house while he tried to get the WARRANT from D.A. But guess what? they DECLINED even after they had his gf testify against him.

so investigator pulled up the information of the owner of the house and told him that he had a stolen bike on his property and if he doesn't turn it in, there will be charges against him; even though he didn't steal the bike. Owner said, he will let them have it once he gets home and turned off his phone after that. (he was inside this whole time) By this time, I got there and 2 other officers were there as well. I had couple of buddies with me and I wish it was a heroic effort from us but it wasn't. We saw a chick jump over the fence and went inside, once she came out cops confronted her and told her that she need to co-operate or she is part of the theft.

well that was that and she admitted the owner was in there, the bike was in there. So the cops told her to go back inside and tell the owner to push it out and he will be spared. And VIOLAH I see my bike rolling out after 10 minutes. Cop asked me, "that's it" and i yelled YES !!!! meanwhile, my friends were bricks for having all kind of firearms even after I told them not to go so heavy. Owner promised me to return everything of my bike if he sees it around.

All and all, I really appreciate everybody's support from here. My friends, and specially my investigator to try his BEST. DipSH!T did some damage to my bike but I am hoping to win the bike of the month to get all that sorted at Motorcycles Unlimited by PATRICK. so if you are the judge, VOTE FOR ME. and if your bike got stolen, DONT GIVE UP. RELY ON YOURSELF and get it back, but SMARTLY.
cool story bro

Sue that thief in small claims court. It will only cost you 65 bucks. Make sure to send a demand letter first. He prolly wont even show for the trial, so it will be ruled in your favor.

Just be sure you do all the pretrial stuff right. Doubt he will have any money but wthell stick it to him.

Good to hear, man. Looks like the investigator did his job, we should take up a collection and get the man a steak dinner or two as a sign of moto-appreciation. I'm in for $10.

Edit: the action always starts with a chick jumping over a fence

I know. But it shouldnt take more than a few hours to write the demand letter, go to the post office and send two copies.

I would sue for the cost of the repair bill form Motorcycles Unlimited.

F the dude, if he ever gets any money he will have to pay...once you get the ruling you can f with him till he pays you....65 bucks to make his life worse and possibly even get reimbursed seems like a good idea to me....yes I have sued in small claims and won even though the other party had a lawyer.

f the guy sue his , it's only 65 bucks

dude come on, you ride too. You can have 30 bikes parked of the same year and model. I am sure you can pick yours out from a mile away. I understood what you were saying about safety and I can respect that but recognize my bike? come on, its all good though, as long as i got it back

He is a MYTH dealer straight from BREAKING BAD t. You think he would care to pay even after he lost? He got 4-5 felony charges to deal with.
