Good point! I got word the some of the connectors on the lower injector harness have pins that were manufacturer too short to make contact.
Known issue from Bazzaz, yet they refuse to send out a TSB.

Guess I got more searching to do....

Andy- It might, but that isn't the point, I want this expensive fuel controller to work right....

Maybe when I fix this, I'll be in the 1:5x's...

Twist the throttle more and you'll need to refuel more

Honestly not a bad idea in theory.
Except if I did that I would have to take the exhaust off and put the stock back on. If I did that I would have to take the track plastics off since it burns the belly pan that Tony has painted twice now for that very same reason. Then I'd have to fiberglass or find expensive headlights to fill expensive street plastics void, and on and on.

I wish there was an easy solution, but either way is going to take some work and/or money.

Fastest I've recorded a lap was a 1:41. Consistent 42's throughout the day though. MSRH is a bit trickier than TWS (Texas World Speedway) for me.

If you want to keep the fuel controller on then get your bike to a dyno and see what's up/

First time at MSRH on a non-motard (second time ever) I was in the 1:55-1:56 range (per Tankmonkey).

Second time (last event) I got down to 1.51 area (based on Blaknwite).

I really want to get in the mid to high 1:4X range comfortably and I'd be happy. Obvious problem is rolling on full throttle earlier in a few spots... are dropping slowly, but they are dropping.

This was my first time at MSRH on a non-motard and the first time riding a non-motard in about 7 years, so my learning curve was steep. I was the guy in the advanced session wearing a skirt the first couple of sessions...

At the CMRA's round 1 there earlier this year, my son ran a 2:05.475 on the long track. He was on his CBR250R. It was his first weekend on this bike and was working on getting it sorted out.

Thats because you're stupid fast and you're leaving your transponder behind... and flying tooo fast in front of the beaken (not sure that how is spell) for it to catch your times.
