I believe it! This whole Bazzaz/exhaust ordeal is a nightmare. Hesitates above 12K and I'm having to short shift, and we all know how much power Yami's have down low....

To be fair I'm not 100% stock and I'm geared. But...still. Most R6's will win in a drag race with me down the back straight.

Different exhaust now. Leo instead of Scorpion and gearing is different.

2:20 - 2:30 on my stock CBR250, but I'm a noob and this was only my fourth track day and second time at MSRH (the first full day at MSRH, I had to pack-up early last time).

(performance wise)
Bazzaz zFI, AFM (no QS/TC)
MJS midpipe
Stock can
BMC race filter
airbox mod
-1/0 gearing

I've been using your map that you sent me. It helped with the 4-6K hesitation and the idle, but still runs like a dog up top (my bike).

EDIT: Agg seems to think I might have a bad zfi or afm like Jtolles did...

Is the stock can up to handling your upgraded intake and fueling needs?

Yes, the stock can is pretty good from Yamaha actually.
The Jardine GP1 wasn't giving me any backpressure at all, and idled erratically.

Pretty normal to use a stock can with the R6 guys, unless you bought a full completed exhaust.

no lap times recorded on the R1.... but on Jeff's SV I was able to crank down some fast laps! I think once we replace those .80 springs (yeah, i'm pretty sure I weigh as much as 2 jeff's hahaha) in the front for some 1.0's and probably a shock spring... and some fresh Dunrop NTEC's..... 1:40 FLAT!!!!!
