It's not about which org host's it, but rather who is willing to take the risk and who is willing to put the effort in to organizing it. The event has come a long way since the 1st one at Chris's house.
That's what I mean, you put all this together and you alone and called it the MH yearly BBQ Hosted by Fastline.

No reason why any other organization can't do a (insert org here)/MH yearly BBQ..

We can never have too many BBQs and track in one year

Very true. Chris went out of his way to make this happen, and thank you. How about a bbq every two months with differant sponsers? I would go.

Someone was turning in to park at a very slow speed and his front tire just slid on the loose gravel.

Turnout sucked. Other than that, it was all good. Low attendance will make the next BBQ that much harder to pull off, regardless of who puts in on. But c'mon, we're motorcyclists, independent, free thinkers, risk takers, folks of means and ambition, right? Getting us to anything, much less a bbq, as a group, is like herding cats.

Will second (or by now tenth) that! Years ago my first free org promo t-shirt came from him. Pretty certain he was the first person to talk to me about track, and I remember how enthusiatic he was about it. Didn't have a clue what it was all about, but he made it sound exciting!

Btw Tim-- I wore that thing until it literally fell apart. As soon as you gave it to me, it immediately earned a spot in the 4 shirt rotation I always maintain.

Ok now, I was thinking we should do something more central or closer in Houston and for everyone to participate.

We can do it in about 2 months.

Out of all the people that have commented and complained or given their feedback for something different. Who is willing to 100% get with me to set something up for the community?

Dave C or Cdill? And anyone else that wants to do something.

Let me know.
