Makes Suzuki sound like they're unable to put ABS on their bikes and they're making up excuses. And I'm sure we'll see lots of electronics on the next model, when everyone has forgotten about this commercial.

I partially agree, dont like too much of electronic stuff on bikes, but this what we call PROGRESS.

If someone made a similar commercial 50 years ago instead of "it shouldn't be about electronics" they could say it shouldn't be about tire technology, or better suspensions and brakes etc. But they would all love a crack at todays tires and brakes and suspensions and all the other good stuff we have now...

That's why people say, "It's lonely at the top".
People always want to bad mouth success but they have to admit, Suzuki has been pretty successful with the GSXR's for a long time.

Riding the absolute limit is completely different than old tech.

Look at Formula 1 enthusiasts and ask them when was the best era of the sport.

They definitely won't tell you it's right now.
Same goes with Moto GP,WRC, JGTC, you name it.

Part of the reason, I think, people give Suzuki is a hard time is because it's such a common name in bike reference. You always hear people either say "I'm gonna get me a gsxr" or " I'm gonna get me a ninja".

Most of them get lowered and stretched anyway. Suzuki should just make that a model option and cash in.

thats what i thought too. It's just a popular bike, and wouldn't mind having one in the garage (not a 1000, a 600 would be great)
