School Police can operate in any county in Texas they have property in. So like UH-PD can operate in both Harris and Galveston counties because they have stuff in both places. If HISD PD has property in Harris country, they can operate anywhere in the county.

Texas Tech has a medical school in El Paso, so Texas Tech police can operate in el paso county.

School police are legit police, and they can haul your to jail.

I know it's not HPD but it's still crazy as .
its actually the new chevy caprice that was made from the old g8 body. if it was indeed a legitimate police vehicle.

your wrong on that, that's a county ordinance some smaller counties use unmarked vehicles to cut down cost

He was most likely running you for warrants. Be happy he did not cite you. I believe they write citations out of Houston Municipal courts

Straight from HISD DIRECTIVE NO: 422-105A:
Jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of the HISD Police Department includes all territory in the boundaries of the District and all property, real and personal, outside the boundaries of the District that is owned, leased, or rented by or otherwise under the Districtís control. HISD police officers will exercise police authority and powers in accordance with Article 2.13 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures (duties and powers of peace officers). Officers of the HISD Police Department are required to limit their actions to incidents that are clearly school related, however, as Texas peace officers, they have a statutory requirement to involve themselves in non-HISD incidents that are life threatening, considered felony offenses or are listed in Chapter 14 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures (Arrest Without Warrant).

To me, sounds like the HISD fellow that allegedly "got me on radar at 100mph" was in the right. Had I actually been doing 100 he probably should have given me a citation

Yea I'm pretty sure that's p-shopped. It looks like the front wheel is actually the rear wheel because the rear in the picture looks like it is turned. Am I the only one that sees that?

Yeah I see the white camaro version on I10 heading east near Northshore allot. Cool looking cars except I can't tell they are cops soon enough. But don't worry there isn't a quota or anything.

That's straight up photoshop. You can tell by the pixels by the rear wheel. No, thats not a meme, I'm serious. You can see the distortions.

The Chevy Caprice is the scariest interceptor out there right now. Not only does it look vanilla, but it's fast as . It'll outrun a lot of bike in terms of top speed, at about 150 or so. Not a 'busa beater though, but most Busas that would run would probably just put it into the wall.

Great, just what we need... Big ego driven, liberty squashing, unconstitutional , worthless pigs cannonball running all over the city in camaro's. Hypocritically disobeying the hundreds of thousands of bullshit traffic laws we now have on the books, while simultaneously handing out tax penalties to the citizens they act like they protect. F*ck the police, they can suck a fat herpes covered d*ck.
