I love how inventive people can be when they want to ride a bike but they can't do without having the ole "proverbial kitchen sink" along too. LOL

I also thought it was for extended range wheelies..

Almost surprised that it doesn't have a rear view mirror at the top of the windshield. Sometimes I think it'd be nice to have one of those.
