Did I miss something? That's it? Happens all the time.

People don't understand the concept that "right turn on red" means after coming to a full and complete stop and checking traffic. And motorcyclists are just as guilty as car drivers.

That's assuming of course that there wasn't a "No U turns allowed" sign for the other guy.

, I see worse than that daily.
