very rarely will your times decrease with each lap....you get worn out, slow down, crash, etc.... Maybe every once in a while I'll see lap 2 times better than lap 1...but not often.

i could have done better (i think) once i caught my second breath but, i just couldn't never get through it and it was so frustrating. Thanks to CDNBacon for a pointer on the whoops sections that helped me alot.

We had an easy/hard section, i took the hard all 3 laps, i never thought it was hard but figured i could make up time there, some people did both sections and said the "easy" was harder than the "hard" section.

I def. need to do something in order to keep my heart rate under control much better, my average for 1.5 hrs of riding was 196 which is way too high IMO!!

I got some work to do also, but I'm sure the biggest help would be conditioning. Fatigue is a killer to -out, aggressive riding. I would comment further but I need to get another beer right now.

One thing that I noticed was ever evolving "pro lines" that we don't usually get at TXORR races.

Mo - are trying to tell me something? I better go out to the garage and make sure "my" bike's still there.
