Hello, but I am not happy to be here.

I MISS MY BIKE! I am looking for my bike that was sold in 1996-1997. Yes, i know it sounds crazy but i would buy it all beat to heck if i could find it. Does anyone have any idea of how i can find it?

It has:
flush mount front and rear blinkers
purple shield
carbon fiber around the dials
chrome grip ends
i think it was two brothers racing pipe, may have been d&d
leather tank cover
stabilizer
alarm
jet kit

i comissioned Honda of Houston (i think) to sell for me because i was stuck in the mountains at Sul Ross in west texas trying to finish school and was broke and couldn't afford to keep it...i sold 2 shoei helmets with it with crazy graphics on the helmets

It was the model at the link below...yellow purple white and black

http://www.cycletrader.com/listing/1...R-900-99230873

Thanks for any help!!

I don't know how it works, but it may be possible to call the dmv and look up previous vehicles under your name and then maybe get the vin from them.

i would think that if you were hopeful in finding help here, you'd title the thread "HAPPY to be here", instead of the other way around.

welcome to MH. good luck in your search.
