So...I picked up an 03 Ninja 250 yesterday. Got a grinder and welder. Have a set of 17" motard spoked wheels in 17", a seca 600 II front end, and a garage full of parts...

Now the fun begins.

Looks nice but I agree with whoever said that its really more of a bobber if you use the term to mean a bike that has had stuff cut off of it for style and weight savings.

Honestly I'm not impressed. Adapt a set of motocross style triples and put some inverted forks on it, offroad swingarm with long travel shock, get the pegs down where they belong on an offroad bike, dirty bars, 17" wire wheels with sport rubber on them, and THEN it'll be a motard.

Better off just getting a Sumo to start with. Bobber with a homemade sumo maybe starts to describe it. In my opinion, it's , because it was never really finished.
