I'm sure some cheap racers have found ways to adapt different front ends, but changing the triple clamps would be a necessary part to the puzzle.

Looks cool, but you are still stuck with 16 inch tires unless you go with the latest generation. I bet that is very very loud with that stubbed exhaust.
