Hi! I have recently begun my search for a new toy and I was referred to MotoHouston by a dude at 2 Wheel Toyz to look for a new bike and get some info on my preferred toy. I do not own a bike yet, but hopefully soon : )

Welcome, would this be your first bike? If so, you need to take the MSF course to legally get a motorcycle license.

Yep, it will be my first bike. Looking into a CB 250 or a Ninja 500. I've looked into learners courses and getting into my class M license, just haven't done it quite yet. Thanks for the info = )

I would always suggest the 250 as a first bike but the SV650 and Ninja650 are awesome first bikes too!

If I can't eat it, race it or sleep with it then whats the point?

Motorcycles are like women... once you ride one... you wanna ride em all.
