Busa?

Is the busa the fastest bike to get now b/c i see videos of them passing r1's badly at some points or what is the fastest 1liter out there just wondering thanks

my busa is plenty fast.. I havent found too many places around alvin, to go 187 mph... so i guess it will dofor now..

Well, a Busa isn't a liter bike, more like a liter and a 1/3.:icon_bigg

I get your question though.

All of the bikes stock nowadays are regulated to 186 mph.

So in terms of the fastest, there's actually a few of them that tie for that distinction due to the limiting.

However, if you mean quickest?

The ZX14 is the current champ right now.

I'm strictly talking about completely stock bikes here.

Another thing to keep in mind is rider skill. I've seen skillful riders on GSXR750's smoke an unskilled rider on a Busa in the 1/4 mile.

Many moons ago there was an article in Cycle world about some of the writers at a track testing the latest and greatest. Kenny Roberts and Eddie Lawson showed riding 2 up on a Venture. They rode straight out on the track and started passing everybody, yellin and waving, with the stereo blasting and then just left. Lots of mouths hangin open i'm sure.
