My Christmas Wish...

I'm not the most religious man. At times I'm more inclined to believe, to quote Morgan Freeman; " is an imaginary friend for grown ups".

But, for me, Christmas symbolizes a special time of year.

It's a time of reflection of the past year, the highs and lows, good and bad.

Old friends and aquaintances reach out and get in touch, and we think about others that have been taken away from us.

It's a time of forgiveness and mending fences with those who may have wronged us, and of asking forgiveness from those that we may have wronged.

It's a time of rebirth. Of hope for the coming year.

It's very easy to get swept up in todays commercialism of the holiday, to be in a hurry to go somewhere and get something.

But, I hope that everyone remembers the true spirit of the holiday, whether you are a Christian or not, is for peace and goodwill towards man.

My wish for all of you is this; that you find peace in your heart this Christmas, that you have friends and family around you, and that the joy the day brings lingers for at least a few days after.

Now, Where's The Presents!!!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!
