I do recall moving up 1 other guy to the A group, it may have been one of you (who knows, i don't know many of you) i believe a silver R6 maybe he/you were following me quite closely on a some fast laps??? I was riding the gsxr with no tail section wearing a purple jersey all day so, i came passed you, i was following a student.
I think the silver R6 was MattL. I remember seeing him with a B sticker in the morning and then in A group after lunch. Matt is a quick fella. When he can get the R6 to start.

Maybe he did tell me his name was Matt now that I think back. he was rolling pretty good and was a low to mid pace A rider for that day.

I must have been in the zone or we just had perfectly opposite timing. I can't remember seeing a bike/rider that fit that description all day. To be honest, several of the bikes in the video posted in this thread I don't remember either.

And just to be clear on any comments made about how you guys police sessions, I completely understand you can only do so much. I've never had a bad experience under the LSTD banner and you folks run a fine day.

thank you sir!

i did get onto someone at the end of the very first session, i just personally thought he was traveling too fast through the chicane after the checkered was shown, while navigating through cruising riders.

Oh yes, believe me, with 100+ folks out that day we did plenty of "policing" but for the most part everyone did a great job and signed up where they belonged/ rode the right pace.

Thank you all for coming, and thanks for the nice comments here

some spots were heavy with traffic but, everyone rode well, kept their lines nice and tight and the passing was smooth, easy and clean, unless you were one of the guys (no names mentioned here but i doubt many know him) who got hurt coming onto the front straight, he said i "buzzed him while doing a hot lap" i don't buzz paying customers, if i "buzz" anyone, it'll be a fellow instructor and that is a rare instance. He took a low line out of 12 and i always head straight for the wall going as wide as possible to get the best possible drive out of there.

I made 2 questionable passes, and 1 was a guy pit right next to me who said it was no big deal. I guess I'm just more courteous than necessary.

The only problems I had with people passing was guys coming around me on the back straight on litres, and then parking it in 7 so bad that I dropped out of the power band, and had to downshift. 6' is supposed to be a circumference around the rider....this includes behind the passer! Not blaming LSTD for that, it happens. Just frustrating.

I dont remember many of the people in that video either. And of course I did not see myself in it so probably was late in the evening when I was gone.

Here is one from same day, same level (B) right after lunch
