Was just going to Walgreens.....

And on my way back some asshat pulled out like a bat out of from a taco stand. I was in the 2nd lane, the person pulled out half into my lane I reacted maybe over reacted and hit the curb. I slid/rolled and looked up car took off. A guy that was driving behind me stopped to make sure I was ok. Skinned up my hands, elbow, knees and have some knots on my left leg and cheek. I was beating myself up for not gearing up even though I was just going "down the road."

It can happen anywhere. Be safe out there.

The DRZ has some new character...

did you file a police report? if they came into your right of way they can still be at fault even though they didnt hit you. Sounds like you have witnesses as well.

Glad you're OK! cagers!

Almost had a guy in a black Charger take me out on 362 this morning! He was cutting a blind corner as I was coming the other way! You can never let your guard down!

No police report, no one had a description of the vehicle. Figured i would rather go home and lick my wounds then wait for a cop to go on a wild goose chase.
