is it just me or does it seem like people without cars just dream of one day owning one that way, they can drive like an a-hole with the paper tags still on it?

RIP:(

the main road in liberty can get bad as there are so many places for drivers to pull onto the road from driveways. 99% of the time they are on their cel phones not even paying attention to the road

It is sobering to hear about a fatality when the bike looks to have little damage and the rider was wearing gear, helmet at least anyway. It's much easier to say "that won't happen to me" when there's a mangled up bike that hit something at triple digit speeds and the rider had no gear on.

It's sad when children are left behind. Mine are grown now and would be OK. I work with a young man who lost his dad (about the same age and interests as me) to an accident on a sportbike - ran off the road by a cager. I feel for the families.

WOW -
I'm back in China and this is one of the few sites I can open - And this is what the newest news is . . . Cheese and Rice !!!!
And did I read this right that there was actually ANOTHER fatality on 290??
With the rash or riders going down lately this is almost enough to make me want to not log on for a few weeks until I get back.

RIP and very heart felt prayers to the family and friends.

So freaking sad! :-( ... I don't even know what I read this.

This morning a woman talking on cellphone, missed a Stop sign. She never stopped. I had to brake really hard or she was going to hit me. Thanks I was riding really slow, like 30mph.
