That's why I took a 15yr hiatus. Don't regret it one bit. Family, career, home, are all far more important to rolling on two. If I have to, I will dump all my toys in a heartbeat... again.

yea id say wait til after the new crib but then again...u could get a real solid bike for $4k..

Alot of my cash is still tied up getting the house stocked.. A lot different going from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house with a front/back yard.. I dont even have a lawnmower lol

Don't worry about buying toys just yet. Time will come when you are good and ready. Money that buys you a beat-up ol' Gixxer right now will fetch you any bike in Ducati's showroom 15yrs later.
