Second to last looks like its mint too...If you get 4K, financing 1K shouldn't be a big deal. Pay it off in like 5-6 months cheap. I'm sure someone knows someone there too.

Yeah, I think I had seen that one and it was the one that turned me on to the z1000

Not a bad idea...sounds from most that it might be the best choice. Only think would be or should I say question: what would I be looking at price wise if I wanted to upgrade the suspension for good track duty?

Fork internals for a couple hundred, and I'm sure you can swap a rear shock off a newer 6 or 10R for around $100.

Sergio giving tough love, but kinda right, have it set for you and don't worry about that bro. I'd worry about burning through rear tires on the liter...

See now Princess is thinking like I would. Do some research, and I'm sure you can find some way to circumvent these things. Didn't think Kawi had that bad of a suspension to begin with?

The first gen had fairly basic suspension. They're all fully adjustable, but it IS a ten year old suspension. The newer they are though they obviously get a lot better. Honestly just springing it for the riders weight and turning a few knobs will make it ride and handle better than most can ride.

Easy fix is swap some 636 or ZX6 forks on it and do the shock

Or just Racetech guts in the forks......

I do work at a bank, but just don't wanna finance a toy.

So far that one at Marcus is looking really like it might be it...however there Re other really good deals like Romeo's track bike.

It's still a long time for 2 weeks and who knows what might spring up..

For the sisters, we are planing on going for the 26 through the 29..
