One thing to watch for that cost my buddy an extra $150 when doing our KLR big bores, if you decide to turn the crank before the cams are back on, make sure you keep tension on the chain and don't keep going if you feel some tension.

No but since I had it tore down and don't know the mileage on it I figured I'd do it anyway....

Be sure to lube the Johnson rod. Very important if you want it to last.

Will it be ready for the 28th? The old Yamaha should be making its debut then........if I can get out of PA.

If the big bore kit doesn't yield the desired result, I have a blown up SV motor you can throw in the Dizzer...........
