Yah, V8 was the reason I got my bike. After 33,000 miles, the gas savings will have paid for the bike. My bike was $2200.

If u can pay cash, I would go used
VVV

I have been looking...Craigslist...eBay...forums...classifieds ....Google. Just can't seem to find a clean bike at a good price that's local.

Personally I would never finance a bike. Required full coverage alone is too pricey.

No kidding. The money saved from full coverage alone will be close to buying another bike at the end of 12-24mos if you go wreck free. (Considering you bought a good used bike at market value.)

My first bike was a 2002 r6. Liability only vs. Full was the different of almost $1500/year. I only paid $3000 for the bike. Taking depreciation into the equation I only had to go less than 2 years without totaling the bike. To recoup the cost. Risk I was willing to take.

I am currently paying $50mo for full coverage on my 750.

I found this site that shows dealer invoice...http://www.seedealercost.com/product...ug/powersports but from what I understand this is still $500-800 higher than dealer cost. I also read that dealers receive incentives from the mfg. for each purchase.

Mancuso North advertises $7782 for the ZX6R. http://www.tmpnorth.com/new_vehicle_...38&pov=2382390 Mancuso SW was showing $7999 a while back, so I'm sure they can match these prices as well.

If it gets any lower than that, I might just pick one up to replace my Gixxer 600 track .

They can't. A friend just purchased a 2011 10R w/ ABS and Mainland Kawasaki was once again the cheapest OTD around.

That beat's Mancuso's deal of $12,500 OTD non-abs and another $800 for ABS, thx. I just requested quotes from kawasaki of pasadena and mainland so lets see what they come back with.

This guy has bought three or four bikes there over the past 6-7 years, so it's possible they gave him a slightly better deal...I'm not sure. Tell them Riaz(pronounced REE-ezz) said they had the best prices.

Make sure you call Bo at Wild West. Tell him David from Awesome Cycles sent you. I can't say what I paid, but it was a deal.

Albert or Jerry @ Mainland...call them up & get a price, you'll be done. I bought two bikes from them last year...one of them an '11 zx-10r...best prices I found.
