Not sure about the other locations, but everyone at the Cycle Gear on 59 (Sharpstown) are good people. Some of them are actually members here on MH

I've had a few problems with gloves ripping, both Alpinestars and Dainese products. Even when I had exceeded the 30 day return policy, they exchanged my gloves for new with no problems at all.

See if they can give you advice on how to setup your suspension or repair speaking shift shaft seal.
Most of those guys don't have any detailed knowledge about bikes.
I must agree with your dis-agreement.

Cycle Gear is not the place to have your bike serviced, the only thing they can do is change your tire, given the fact that it has already been removed from your bike.

What other Motorcycle store is open ON SUNDAYS? I find this to be very convenient.

Guys at the 59 CG are great. These days, I stop by once in a while just to chitchat, cus I just about run out of stuff I'd want to buy there. Some of the Bilt stuff, like gloves, are not too bad. They are consumables to me and I'd rather buy fresh new pairs every yr or so. Leather suits and jackets though, I'd rather get the good stuff.

To me, it's about convenience. There might be better stores in other parts of Houston, but if I have to drive for an hour and spend the gas money, I'd rather shop online.

I was wondering about their quality. Was that the helmet that you were buying the visor for?

No wonder they let you grab another bilt.

And you know once you crash or even drop a helmet its a good idea to get a new one.

Sounds like it worked out for you.

So the bilt helmet can survive a 50 mph impact but changing out the visor and it breaks.

I picked up an RF1100 today that was marked with the wrong price - $469 instead of $530+ and they honored it. Very pleased

I go to the North location usually and Brad always has good advise and takes care of us on whatever we want. Ive been to the 59 location twice and was treated good there too. Last time I went I got a really nice Alpinestars Stella One Piece suit for $400.00 which is half the cost normally. Not the exact color I really wanted but I wasnt passing it up at that price. Its still looks good.... I was one excited girl haha

The 59 location is usually the location I frequent but stopped going there due to terrible customer service. There is a guy there that has always been very helpful( forgot his name, tatted up black dude) but if you're looking for advice on motorcycles, consult MH over the people there that just want a pay check with no knowledge of motorcycles/products.
