need help brakes

hi motohouston i just bought a 04 gsxr and for some reason the front brakes i have to press it all the way in for it to work usually regular bikes you just barely press it and it brakes real good. does anybody know why? please help thanks alot and also when i use my rear brakes it make this squeeky noise please help thanks...

Go buy a brake bleeder from autozone, bleed the brakes and if that doesn't work u probably have a bad master cylinder which (someone correct me if I'm wrOng).

ok im about to drop off my bike at the dealership to get all my fluids change. will they bleed the brakes for me when they change out my brake fluids?

If you want there are classes that teach you how to do basic maintenance, I'd even show you how to bleed your brakes.
