need more comfortable gloves..

Guys,

I have some Alpinestars SMX riding gloves bought at Cycle Gear. After an hour or more riding, the seams cut into my hand at my top thumb joint. This happens only on my throttle hand. I need decent gloves, any suggestions out the for gloves you love to wear all day?

I have the a* sp2 gloves, which you can get at CG for about 120. Very comfy even on long rides. They need a little ride time to break in but great after that.

Which brings me to ask.... how long have you had your current gloves?
My Joe Rocket gloves were tight at first, but stretched to fit. Once I wore them out, I bought a 2nd pair, same size.... was AMAZED at how tight they were in comparison.

Maybe try dunking/soaking them in water and making a fist, squeezing the handle bar, etc.... to try and speed the stretching?

should check out the Taichi velocity. Clayton has had a pair for about 8 months of daily riding + crash tested them and they still look brand new.

I have some SP2 that I like. I also have some GP Plus that are comfy as well. Leather is defifitely softer in the GP Plus.
