there is a house down the block that has a small one like that. and the only reason it would anger your neighbors is if they dont like the flashing lights since the music is transmitted to 88.9 FM in your car.

one year I did over 4.5k lights on my house. It was the biggest Pain in the EVAR! freaking bulbs needing replaced by the tons etc etc etc.
looked cool but was a real
