I have waist length hair and I tuck my hair back into my jacket which greatly reduces tangling. I keep a brush in my office and a brush with no handle (sawed it off with a hacksaw) under my rear seat just in case.

I too work at an office where I have to wear "business attire," also I commute by motorcycle to said office. Fortunately my boss kicks and is a man, like me.

Ha. I take off my helmet, let out the bun or braid and shake my head a few times - it looks exactly like it did when I put the helmet on. Also, if it's smashed a bit awkwardly, I go to a sink and wet it, comb it out and shake my head. I am the queen of not fixing my hair. I wash/condition then comb and go. Everyday.

Seriously - you guys shouldn't spend so much time worrying about how your hair looks. This must be a 'young' person thing. I don't remember any straight men 'fixing' their hair when I was young.

Honey badger don't give a about helmet hair.

Besides actors have 5 hairdressers making it look like they have helmet hair or after hair, so rock the out of it.
