Don't worry, they'll find some reason to void that warranty.

I suppose that's possible. Hopefully everything is in order so they can't.

...let this be a lesson for all the rest who have an extended warranty. Be sure you keep up with your maintenance and document EVERYTHING so they can't have a chance to void your warranty. You never know what could happen and when.

That's the cool thing...I've got free scheduled maintenance from ExImport...and I keep it maintained. I've changed the oil at LEAST every 2000 miles..., I had the oil changed last WEEK, and according to them everything was in order. I did notice, however, that the oil in my sightglass looks extremely dark for only being a week old.

There's no possible way they can tell me the bike hasn't been maintained. If it hasn't, it's their fault. My 'priority maintenance plan' paperwork states exactly, word for word,
[QUOTE]Priority Maintenance includes complete tune up and service with valve adjustment and inspections, carburetor synchronization, and adjustment, oil filter changes, spark plug replacement, air and fuel filter replacement and fluid check. Adjustment and lubrication of all cables, belts, controls, chain, as well as a complete vehicle inspection and safety check will be performed with every appointment.

Do I think they did all that every time I brought it in? I doubt it...but they're supposed to, and if they didn't it's noone's fault but their own.

I've already talked to my lawyer this morning, he's on standby waiting for me to call in case I have to get legal on these .

Now, as soon as I find someone with a truck or a trailer, I'm taking this down there
