Talking Motorcycles Unlimited Free Basic Maintenance Class, Saturday March 31st

As promised! It's that time again!

I've been involved with MH ever since it's inception, when Chris invited me over to post and help with tech questions etc.

I would like to take it a step further.

We see bikes daily at the shop that are in desperate need of basic maintenance.
Minor things that can easily be done by their owners but aren't, and then do turn into something major.

Most of the time it's because the owner isn't aware of what it is or how to do it.

So here's what I'm going to do;

Once a month at 9:30 a.m., we will be having a free Basic Bike Maintenance Workshop.

I will choose one participants bike, we will put it on a lift and go over all of the basic maintenance items that need to be done, and how to do them.

At the same time we will answer any basic maintenance questions you may have.

Because I would like everyone attending to be able to see everything, I'm limiting the workshop to 10-14 attendees each time.

The next one will be Saturday March 31st at 9:30 a.m..

If the weather is too bad to ride, no worries, I'll put one of my bikes up.

Hope to see you all there!

Please post up on this thread if you're planning to attending.

The following are from the last one that wound up being cancelled and I've sent out pm's, if your name is on the list please confirm if you can make it.
Thanks!

What will be some things that will be gone over? I've been riding dirt and street for a while and do all my own maintenance just wondering on what will be gone over to see if it would be beneficial to attend. There's always something new to learn.

Looks like you're going to have enough, I'll just be tentatively showing up, if there's any extra spots.

I'm killing 2 birds with one stone.

I'll be there for the class AND to pick up my bike.

I haven't been able to get off work before 5:00 at all this week, and I definitely can't make it over before 6 in traffic.
