Thanks to everyone who was helping the kids out..... Someone even helped me out with my crash....

My wife could not believe the 8 yr old was riding on the course... I showed her your video last night, so she could see more of the course...

My camera shut off after I had my wreck.... I must have hit hard to make a go pro shut down....

i'd say. these things seem bombproof. i couldn't believe it was attached to my helmet after the tree knocked me off my bike.

If you need any parts for the 250f let me know. I might have something to work in my box of spares.

All I'm lacking right now are the tappets and an intake cam. Which I will probably order next week. Once all that comes in it's just a matter of me getting off my lazy and putting it together. Thanks for the offer though.

LT, we give the little guy an A+ for his valiant effort!! we all have to start somewhere, keep him coming and he'll be winning in no time.. we all fall down at some point.

that's awesome. I really look forward to my son (and potentially others) to grow up so I can sweep for them.

You on a 400 or 426? That pipe sounds great.

Thanks!!

He is a great kid... (both of them are) They love dirt bikes, and being able to do something with Dad....

I know it was hard for him to say he was ready to quit... I was just glad he tried so hard, and did not quit on the 1st wreck....

Tyler (the older one) I am still trying to get him to understand the controls on his bike... he has trouble with the clutch.... that's why he is on an xr100 and not something bigger.....

My bike is a 2000 426, with a FMF powercore4? with a spark arrestor (hope to hit SHNF soon)... its a little too much to ride when I am trying to deal with the kids.... It does not like to go slow with the kids....

TTBC FTW!!!! one day camp will sure help the little guys out alot.

i think you have him on a great starter bike for sure, it just takes practice and repetition like anything else

Good job to the kids! They definitely aren't quitters. I didn't even hear any fussing or whining! The little one hit the off switch a few times when he fell, so let him know to check it before he tries to re-start it.

He got me with the off switch once too....

I was kicking and kicking....then i realized he turned it off ... don't know if he meant to or if he hit it riding through the rough stuff....
