Honestly I never felt comfortable riding with passenger. When my wife and I were first dating, I took her to Galveston for lunch. I felt overly tense going there and coming back. Luckily, she rides a 250... so problem solved.

look, I do not want splinters.. so a lady with a bit of on her is fine with me...
but in truth I would not take anyone on my sport bike, not even the wife, it is a solo bike...
on the harley's however, if i have the gear with me, it is just a ride, so if I were in a ride giving mood, heavy duty would not be a problem... when guys asked for a ride, I always told them to grow ....

i usually tell them they wouldnt know how to sit properly and would prob move around too much and cause the bike to fall over.
