Taking off FOOT brake leveR?

I tried to take off my foot brake lever yest...05 600rr..but i couldnt hardly get a wrench on the nut on the backside of it...and the allen head bolt will not turn at all...anybody know any tricks?? Or am i just being mechanically UN-inclined?

might need more leverage on your allen wrench, but don't force it, you may over torque the bolt and have to drill out...

why are you wanting to remove it?

Broke it off...the allen wrench is almost breaking so i need to loosen up the nut on the backside of it..just cant get to it to loosen it

Ok so now i know why i didnt take em off...I dont have an allen wrench that big...Well im stuck till i get back to houston.
