I'm having some troubles with the bike and don't know where to start

Hey guys, My bike (2006 zx-6r 636) is having some issues shortly after start up. After starting the bike and going around 100 yards to a stop sign it idles really low, almost to the point of stalling, around 500-700 rpm. It started in the past 3 months, just not sure what it could be. I've gone through different gas stations to try different gas and that wasn't the issue. Also, It only does this for the first 2 or 3 of stops after cranking it up.

Anyone have any ideas?

Raise the idle? Its on the shifter side of the motor...should look like a dial at the end of a black cable right above the stator cover

just try to adjust the idle manually first, if problem stays, take it to Motorcycles Unlimited, HOP, or woopie, they will take care of you

Adjust the idle, it should be 1200-1300 rpm.
If you can't do it bring it by and I'll show you how.

Thanks guys, I'll be doing this after class is done for the day. If it doesn't work, I'd love to bring it in, but I'm up at school in San Marcos, not close to Motorcycles Unlimited
