TMGP Endurance today

Was a Blast....period...
I did not race, I went to get in my corner work obligation and that was a of a lot of fun... I was surprised that more of the folks who did the riders school yesterday did not show up today, their loss...
13 endurance teams and it was a great day...I did not know you could have so much fun corner working... you get to watch what the other folks do and up close and personal...maybe some of you folks who are not sure you want to race but are kind of interested... could do a little corner work...you will reallyh get an idea of what it is like, and i would not be bit surprised if it did not actually improve your riding...

Glad the weather held up for you today. Wish I could have made it, but had to catch up around the house. Found a few new bruises and sore spots after yesterday too. The nice folks at the Polaris place in Katy got my pinched tube fixed quickly so I only missed a couple of sprint races. Busting through the door all sweaty in full leathers gets you good service. Hope everything goes ok and we see you out next time Jason.

Hello stranger!

Hey just a reminder any time you want some race laps we always have room in the rotation for ya. For the end of year Sunday endurance we will have an F6 & F7 team so pencil that in long term.

Hope all the girls are doing good & look forward to seeing ya.

I have Kerry Rea to thank for that top end speed, well for all the speed. If anyone needs motor work I *highly* recommend his service. Look up Rea Machine he is located close to Hobby Airport.

You guys looked good out there, it's always fun factor times 10 with TMGP I would have had newbies with me but folks already committed to some MX racing. I'm hoping to gather some new folks for the Denton round

I am trying to figure out how to work out Denton...never been before and will get with some folks that have to get it all straight in my head..
if anything it will probably just be sprints for me as I have no team set up and to get folks to go to denton might be a problem at first...and then to decide if the wife will put our dogs in a kennel and come or if she is staying home and I am going by myself...which is not a good idea in case something happens up there... would need someone to get the truck and stuff back home...lots of little things to think about... this is all new to me...

I do believe they honor CMRA license, which would exempt you from the TMGP riders school. A TMGP license is only $35 a year - what a bargain!

Hey Rob78 just for the record that was not a "Rossi leg dangle" impersonation (not saying you were implying that) but I got in a little hot for my own taste and was milliseconds away from soiling my leathers. Marc Mundshine had a front row seat for my show on losing both tires in that same corner, somehow I got them both back before hitting the deck complete with both feet off the pegs and flailing around. I think I did soil myself a little on that one!

I'm so gonna do this...it's a no brainer, it looked like a ton of fun...and the spills, not as serious..

Question for you mini racers: did this improve your skills on the bigger bikes ss wether it was street or track?

yes, but it only exempts you from taking the rider school you, you still have to pay for either a day license which is $15 or $35 for the yr... I got a long time friend Shawn(nox) to come out and ride on our team at the last race, I'm not sure but I think he is hooked

you need to come out, I know you will love it
