Camping at TWS (Texas World Speedway)

How does one go about it? Is there a fee? I won't be riding, but CWing, if that makes a difference.

As a service to the participants (*), Trailer/Car Drop-Off and overnight camping (RVs, tents and camping trailers) is generally allowed at most club racing and performance driving events at TWS (Texas World Speedway). If allowed, the following policies will apply;

Trailer/ Car Drop-Off (not including RVís or camper trailers):
The night prior to each event (between 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) participants may drop-off cars and trailers that will be used in the event. A $15 drop-off fee per trailer/vehicle applies and will be collected at the gate prior to entry.

Camping (overnight stay):
General Camping Policies: Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be courteous at all times, especially during Quiet Hours (for example, by not playing loud music, making excessive noise, revving of engines or running external generators). Track access is prohibited. Guests are to camp in designated areas only (if applicable) and are to comply with all TWS (Texas World Speedway) Rules & Regulations. While on the property, please note TWS (Texas World Speedway) is not responsible and the participant assumes the entire risk for any loss, theft or damage.

All camping other than RV and camper trailers: For the event (regardless of day of entry), a $10 per person camping fee applies and will be collected at the gate prior to entry.

RV and camping trailers (effective June 1, 2010): For the event (regardless of day of entry), a $30 per vehicle fee applies and will be collected at the gate prior to entry. An event specific RV Parking Pass will be given and is to be displayed in the driver's side window at all times.

But double check with the trackday org.

TWS (Texas World Speedway) charges for camping and dropping off bikes, they charged me (Ride Smart event). if they don't, i'd like my $25 back. it's stupid. tell the dude at the gate grabbing the cash, "security" of my bike isn't something a handful of campers and some CHL's can't handle. did i mention it's stupid?

That was the TWS (Texas World Speedway) policy last year.

I am planning on it... I need to find someone to haul my stuff for me...

Assuming they are having a Novice group that day... and I get my rear shock and new tires by then.
