ZX6R oil change

How many US quart does a 2007 Kawasaki zx6r take when changing the oil. How do I check the oil level where should it be on the window half way or full??

Best thing is to have a rear stand, which makes the bike stand straight up. The only way to check it is while the bike is straight up, should be between the upper and lower lines on the window. About halfway I guess you could say but its better if its closer to the top the the lower IMO. Do not over fill, do not under fill.

EDIT: After watching this youtube video, I am glad I don't have an oil filter located where this ZX6R has it located.
