Could be. Jus' a rule of thumb that has always worked for me.

It's not that unreasonable:
$50,000/yr salary = $100,000 home
$70,000/yr salary = $135,000 home
$80,000/yr salary = $155,000 home

Ah, now it all makes sense why I can afford hobbies.

Seriously, I don't think Swift needs a lecture on finances. You guys our looking way to deep into this.

Here you go Swift,

1st:
Talk with Tae and Henry about cornerworking. Saves you alot of cash for track days.

2nd: Lighten up your wrist on the throttle out there until you smooth it up a little. This will save your tires. All of us can burn up a set of tires in a track day or 2. What we are trying to avoid is doing that though. So remember gunning it out of turns only makes sense if you already have everything else down. Cornerspeed is what we are working on now. Not drag racing.

3rd: Prioritize, this is all about fun. If you don't have the cash for 1 trackday just go cornerwork. , the begining of the season is not the best track conditions anyways usually. Plus, watching A group riders out in the corners will only give yo uideas about what to practice later.

4th: Share costs with whoever you can on gas and but, I think you know all of this anyways.

I thought the topic was advice on getting everything that you want, not affording track days? Guess I read it wrong.
