yeah all that matters is that your happy. and believe me more money is not going to solve your problems. I grew up with 8 brothers and 5 sisters, yeah there is 14 total, thats a fk load. anyway we never had much growning up. all my parents money went to our education, private schools ect... I never went to college and i make tons of money now and have every toy and piece of i ever wanted. but half of the ppl i grew up with hate me for it now. I really don't know why but ever since i started making lots of money i started getting lots of problems.

the richest man isn't the one that gets what he wants but rather the guy that is happy with what he's got.

My only advice...

Don't blow money on big cars and an overpriced house. That'll free you up for everything else that you want. And save your money so that you can pay cash for those things.

^ I disagree with part of that,
a home is an investment. You put a lot of money into a home and you will gain value over years unlike a car.
Uncle Sam was kicking our on our small home because of our income.
We'll see this this home works out better

yeah where do you work? or what do you do? alot of times if you jump job to job you can get your pay up a couple of dollars and then sit at that job for awhile. im sure we all know what tight wads are employers are.

If your mortgage is more than what you earn in a week or so then you're living above your means. The total amount financed for your home will equal about three times the amount that your home is worth. You'd have to gold plate your walls to see a return on that investment. No real other way of looking at your mortgage other than 'Paying Rent'. :eh:
