fake arai?

so I was in for a new lid and wanted to get an arai. I found this arai rx-q talon blue helmet that was close out deal and had a nice discount on it. Compared to what I saw and what I have it looks nothing a like to me. Could it be fake? I believe I read somewhere that there has been a few fake arai on ebay but I didnt get this from ebay. I never had an arai so I am not sure what to check to see if its legit. Any one can help me out with some info? thanks

here what mines look like

probably not a fake. The date of manufacture is on one of the tabs that join the strap to the helmet.
Arai recommends replacing the helmet after 5 years, if you are getting a smoking deal the helmet is probably getting "old".
I wouldnt worry about it, its been inside and not exposed to the elements.

When I say it looks nothing alike I am mainly talking about the colors on the helmet.

Don't trust internet photos. I almost bought a set of tank covers that looked white with a red stripe. I called before diving in and it turns out they are silver.

edit: if you bought it from compacc it is legit. I saw the same sale and got one myself, and it is the same as the rx-q in a local SA store.
