Sup...

MSR-H rocks. Wish it were closer to Austin. Humidity sucks, makin me sick :-( Kudos to Whoopie and Mongo Feet they were both hauling for thier first time out there. Gonna have to bring a faster bike next time if I wanna keep up. Nutmeg (SV650) was railin too... I've never seen the suspension so overworked on a stock SV goin through the corners. See yah on a 600 sometime???

Don't like that wall either! Especially now that they have moved it closer but, supposedly they are changing the lay out there.

As for TWS (Texas World Speedway), it is such a high speed area and race events are held there. Nobody wants to back off while racing, right?

Otherwise I like TWS (Texas World Speedway). Reminds me of back roads... just hate having to slow my roll through 8 and 9 for that wall. I have tried everything but, it just sits there messing with me.

TWS (Texas World Speedway) wall is WAY worse. Not to mention the managment over there is TERRIBLE.... Now the 3.1 mile track at MSR Cresson is pretty bad .... but this time of year the old part of the track will still eat your tires. Plus access at Cresson is harder... not as many track days or larger track days...

Cresson is the best track Texas has period... very technical parts... limited surface issues... great turns... great straights... the combined track transition will be hardcore challenge for all this season...

Oakhill has/continues to be a blast...

TWS (Texas World Speedway) has it's place imho... you canNOT beat the high speed banking of TWS (Texas World Speedway) at any other track...

Mercedesbenz Sugarland Roadcoarse of Houston (MSR) is eh... the wall situation still hasn't been fixed there... there are ZERO elevation changes... not to mention the numerous bumps / concrete patches / shredded turns 3-5 that tend to spook some two wheelers occassionally... by no means the best track in my book... don't get me wrong, still way better than nothing at all...

But out of Cresson, Oakhill, TWS (Texas World Speedway) & MSR Houston - MSR Houston has the fewest Motorcycle Track Days of all...

so my vote goes to the MotorSportRanch @ Cresson... best track... plenty of access to track days/race weekends there... minimal surface issues (comparitively speaking) and suhweet E-L-E-V-A-T-I-O-N changes...

buuuut... Eagles Canyon is coming soon...

anyways.... just my 2c...

The bumps at houston aren't that bad... esp for some who's been at OHR. The bus stop - the gutcheck has some nice suttle elevation changes w/ some fun in the launch pad

all the bumps and concrete patches out there don't bother me a bit... i commute in houston regularly...

but just comparing surfaces... still can't beat cresson (imho)...

i'd estimate those two spots at around three to four feet max... at Cresson - we're talking FIFTY... not even a comparison (imho)...

You know we love you out there. And oh, I noticed BooBoo in some level4 pictures. Something you want to share with us about TWS (Texas World Speedway)? Like your lap times?
