There are less than a handful of shops in the country that specializes in repairs of the De Lorean DMC vehicles, one of them being in Houston (Humble).
http://www.delorean.com/
They were the shop that bought the remaining inventory of original parts after the first De Lorean Motor Company went bankrupt.

They may also used to have a shop on the southwest side, in a commercial area near Beltway 8 and 59 South. I recall driving past a warehouse parking lot several times, full of the DMC vehicles.

i own one. thier pieces of junk. under powered renault V6, electronics, poor handling, and not even remotely practical. not to mention a poor investment. I actually own the lowest original mileage true 82 (there are brand new cars being built by DeLorean MC here in houston titled as 82's but aren't really) model in the world at 4672 miles, it even has the original goodyear tires that were on it when it rolled off the showroom floor.

I was at Graceland a few years ago and after we did the tour we went back out to the parking lot.
There must have been 50 or 75 Deloreans parked there. Some kinda gathering.
The wildest thing was one that was set up like a monster truck! Jacked waay up with mudder tires.
