So sad, wonder who will know or be related to this one. I heard on the way in it was a fatality.

Hope rider has full recovery.

Learning opportunity for everybody, beware when a cage suddenly slows or stops up ahead. And don't always be in such a hurry to pass said cage. Might just be a turning vehicle, road derbis, speed trap, etc..., just up ahead.

Make sure you're aware of surroundings and always keep an eye out for things like this and don't assume other people see you.

RIP to yet another senseless tragedy

Be careful friends; as the heat and gas prices go up cagers' abilities go down. Tis better to error on the side of caution than any other reason imaginable (not assuming this was the case with our unfortunate rider /TwistedPantyNotice)

I hate to hear about things like this. RIP to the rider, and condolences to friends and family.

I got run off the road on 290 not 2 blocks from there just a couple of weeks ago. Big truck pulling a trailer full of lawn equipment decided he needed to occupy my space in the far left lane, I just got lucky that we were in a section of highway that actually had a shoulder.

Matt, was this guy named Rocky? I ask because I stopped at the SB at Ella/43rd and there is a big rock in the striped disabled parking spot with lots of RIP messages in colored chalk with a few motorcycle pics drawn.

RIP to the rider.

See case in point this is why i HATE when other drivers stop in the middle of the road to yield to me on my motorcycle. they're actually creating a hazard by trying to "wave me on" . You do whats legal in your lane, i'll do what i do, trust in it...dont stop just to wave me by like your protecting me, your just sending out idiot waves for some other idiots brain to catch on to and cause a cluster .

Same here. Seen it too many times... they stop in one lane, and the other lane doesn't stop... and you can't see the other lane because lane 1 in stopped. Same thing with stop sign vs no stop sign. Take your right of way and get the F out of the way. Don't cause random BS for other drivers/riders to figure out.
