Car. Probably totaled.

On the bike I would've been killed, no doubt about it.

Good luck. She will deny involvement and probably get away with it

same driver maybe? :-)

http://blog.chron.com/newswatch/2012...car-at-95-mph/

Quote:
It all started on the Gulf Freeway, when the driver of an SUV rear-ended a car and then took off. The driver of the car chased the SUV all the way to southwest Houston where he boxed it in at a dead-end.

Police say the driver of the SUV got out and ran, but was eventually caught by police.

This ASAP. If you have the plate number 100% correct, the investigator will be able to find her. If you don't, you're going to need an internal contact to work magic and locate by a portion of the plate.

I got hit and run by a chick before (6 years or so ago). I had a connection locate her because a bystander had the plate slightly wrong. They called her into the police station and she admitted fault.

To make the case stick you need to identify the driver. The license plates are not enough. She can claim that it was her car but she was not the one driving it...

Yeah, HPD came and took a report. There was actually 4 cars involved. Not sure why she ran since the woman in one of the cars took pictures of everything including the drivers involved.
