The fuel stop will be communicated at the rider's meeting at 9am. They will either arrange for you to know where it is and take them for you, or they will give you time to get it over there yourself.

Even if you don't need gas, it's good to listen to where it is because many times it is close enough to main camp that if you have time you can just ride over to camp and gas up/eat/etc and then ride back. Not always this way, but often it is.

good to know...James, I'll be at your house at 7. Would like to make this Riders Mtg. so I don't end up being "that guy". I'm kinda nervous actually.

yes, thanks DHD, what an absolute awesome time today.. i can't wait to do it again.. i finally was able to make a few passes and managed to finally not get passed by people who started behind me (or beside me for one stint)..

I'll def be back for more of this action.. thanks to Dbuck, Hotnanas, Lostner and several more who made the day very enjoyable and well worth the minimal expense and the relatively short trip for a perfect sunday.

Nice race indeed. Conditions were great.

Danny took 2nd in overall C and James took 1st in beginner. James, you would have had a 3rd behind Danny in C.

3 podiums from us on this thread. Good job guys.

man i killed that , i did attempt to move into the Open C class but noone was around for me to speak with about doing so, next time i'll def. be in the C class for sure, i am strongly considering running Open C with TXORR from now on also..

I had a good run yesterday, crashes included.. If it weren't for running with Dbuck, i probably would not have ridden as fast as i did.. Danny pushed me to go fast and i'm learning something new (in myself) with every race i do

i can't wait for the next one, i will be planning to do the 2 day coming.

Jason, thanks for the heads up on this race.

Chris Cote just walked on me at every start. I had an awesome time.

James was looking good when he passed me at the end of the first test.

haha. James and Danny, you guys got called out on Texas Off Road Network!

A quote from someone:

Looks like we may have a sandbagger or two in C and Junior classes...

...not to mention the Beginners! :-p

Great job at scoring Toby!

Cheers

It wasn't mean spirited though. Just razzing.

I had a great time. I just missed the podium and finished 4th in beginner.

I had a great time racing with everyone and am still amazed at the drifting James was doing when he passed me on the road. Crazy!

i read that but i doubt they were talking about me i really made up a lot of time in the last test, danny started out behind me after the first turn and i was determined to keep him behind me till the finish line.. he's much stronger in the tight woods than i am..

Cliff and I raced around the first two turns of the day like that. Unfortunately neither of us can drift so we were sitting there (actually making contact) racing as hard as we could, but at a really slow speed.

Sup guys...

... here at motohouston.

That was my quote...just mess'n with ya and some of the TRH guys...we tend to smack talk a bit.

Glad you guys had a good time...tell your friends and bring them on out for a race or I might be able to swing guest passes for a few of you.

Cheers

Kenny

P.S. ...that "'n one up" (wheelie) pass is a classic!

thanks kenny, i'd love to come out on a guest pass and ride anytime i'm not busy, i give classes on one wheel passes, backin it in and drifting passes, it's all about the set up!

i've already upped myself to the next class anyway after this one so we'll see how i fair in the upcoming race.
