The flyer says no time keeping equipment required. Does that mean that you just go as fast as you can? The only other enduro I've done was at Cycleland years ago and there you needed roll charts, etc. I didn't have one, so I just tried to keep up with the guys on my line who seemed to know what they were doing.

I get a "you do not have access to view the attachment" message. When is it Saturday 3/17 or Sunday 3/18?

i tried doing a little research on skull creek but found results were in CA so i quit, maybe i didn't dig deep enough.

is the enduro any different that the hare scramble i normally do??

i'm really interested in going but, i may be racing my car in Sealy sunday.. i have a decision to make, i'd rather ride my bike if it comes down to it..

I checked the TON message boards and it looks like its similar to hare scrambles in that you race as fast as you can. The difference is that there are speed stages that are timed and transit stages that aren't. They may have pits to refuel along the way. I haven't been to Skull Creek in years, but I remember lots of sand.

sounds good to me Lee,,

also found this http://www.norsemenmc.org/information/enduro_vs_hs.htm

i'm up for it for sure, but i will def. need a fuel stop at least once, i did 2 laps saturday and had very little fuel left over, that should be around 18-19 miles on one tank.

as for the "rules" i could care less about the "time, or ride as fast as you can" i understand the concept of the time, being consistent, but i just want to ride my bike for fun.. and maybe even ride some springy

let me know if his bike gets fixed and you guys plan to ride

well, I think there are 4 of us here that would be down based on responses. And I spent 4 hours cleaning my bike from the last ride so I'm ready to go....even washed my gear.

I already got a kitchen pass from the prego wife.

You go as fast as you can on the timed sections, just like a HS. You'll enjoy it!

I'm gonna be there...I think Cliff got the okay, and I am working on Ryan too.
