Yep, usually the set has one or two mounts that suck . Check bestbuy.com. They have different bundles with different mounts depending on your usage.

Shop around. Do your research, sometimes can find the new ones for 30-40 more which is well worth it..
The mounts come with the camera when you buy it. If you want, best buy, cycle gear all sell them..

I paid $200 for my go pro hd motorsports 1080 and $60 for the LCD bacpac. And another $25 for a super sweet/fast memory card...

I would get the HD hero if you can find a sweet deal on it. Some people are trying to sell to upgrade to the HD2. If you want the latest and greatest go for the HD2. Its not THAT much better but it is a little bit in terms of quality and interface. Blinking red lights on all sides of the camera is a really nice feature on the HD2. Makes it easier to see if you're recording or not.

HD2 is better at night. (so I've been told... I have the HD1)
As for ratios, just make sure it has the ones you want... don't need any others

My main issue is with only having the flashing light on the face of the HD1. There's been 2 track sessions where I didn't realize that it did not start recording.
There are times on the street where I hit the button and don't know if it's starting. Then, if you hit it again... did you stop it? Or start it?

Mainly an issue because i mount mine to the bars, so I can't see the face, even in a mirror, and if I get off, it's hard to see the display or light in direct sunlight when looking through the windscreen.
