SO got hit today.

Was sitting at a U-Turn on Tomball parkway and alice? road, Was waiting on traffic to get by, suddenly out my peripheral I see white truck fill up my mirror then I'm on the ground with my bike. Some damage to the Alternator Cover and the bar-end mirror is gone but hey, any motorcycle crash you can walk away from is good, any motorcycle crash you can drive away from is excellent.

He said he was paying attention to traffic and thought I had left the U-Turn all ready---That's the official story, honestly I think he was on his cellphone, you can't NOT hear my bike take off and it's not like I blend in with my surroundings.

Glad u r okay...That is one more reason I don't like riding in the city..Not that we r safer anywhere, but, I don't like stopping at lights and intersections for the very same reason.

If the cops came out, you can pull his cell records to see if he was on the phone at the time he hit you. Probably txting and looking down when he hit you is my guess.
