Rider Down

Guy named Mathew L. Black and silver sport bike. Happened on FM1485 in New Caney near Casey Ridge. Hit a car head on at 100+. DOA

Didn't it rain today? That should at the very very least be enough to make someone slow the down. RIP, and my prayers go out to the family AND the driver he struck and most likely traumatized for a good while.
